What is, is what is. We can name things and respond with our emotions, but that doesn’t make something what we’d like it to be.
Worries are a manifestation of fear and doubt. Dismiss them as you would a rude dinner guest. Do not permit them to ruin the meal of life.
Change comes from within- we all know that. Any changes or improvements must begin with our internal dialogue. Careful what you say in there. It can, and will, be used against you.
Finding a fault or problem and identifying is only the first step towards wellness. Why do so many think it is the only step?
How are your hurting yourself today? Is it incorrect thinking again? Insisting that your opinions are truth? That your feelings are reality?
Not all layers are visible upon first inspection. This means our initial impression can not be correct.
Your problems are your problems. It is not up to others to save you. Asking for help is fine if you really need it- but do you really need it?
This is the number one cause of failure. Other people’s children are just as cute as yours, other people’s hobbies are just as interesting as your own, other people are as interested in your problems as you are in theirs.
It is not enough to act, you must act correctly. Plan. Think things through. Imagine all the possibilities. Do this first to increase the chance of correct action.
Start making your tomorrow by paying attention to your today. Do this always and you will always be in the correct place at the correct time.
